I get what you mean. It might not be your cup of tea maybe it's too slow. I get it but what I like about it is in the fact that even tho he's OP he's still being cautious and considering that there might also be players who also got isekaied and my favorite part is that he got his own group (Nazarick or Ainz Ooal Gown). well if you don't like that I can proudly tell you that I like Shield hero. You might say it's overrated but the characters are likeable and some antagonist are really unlikeable and the revenge part was so sweet. I'd say it has a good plot and I like how the MC isn't a copy-pasted Isekai MC and also isn't an edgelord like Sasuke. he's OP but there's still someone better than them. I like the character development. I also like how he really disses the other hero and really prove them wrong and verbally Bitch-slap them.

The part where Melty(the red-headed one i cant remember the name)gets renamed along with the king has to be one of the most satisfying anime scenes ever
